Games Done Legit is an events company that provides gaming entertainment at corporate parties, bat/bar mitzvahs, weddings and other events. I took the existing website and redesigned by creating a new Bootstrap website, then using Underscores to convert it into a custom WordPress theme.
I used Advanced Custom Fields and Custom Post Types to deliver a simple and user-friendly user interface for the client to use for all the pages on the site.
The website was given a cleaner, more modern feel, with better organization and a color scheme and design that will help the company's branding. The website is now mobile friendly, providing a better experience for mobile users and for improved SEO. A new URL was chosen as part of the rebranding.
My responsibilities included designing the new website, miscellaenous graphic design tasks, setting up the new site on GoDaddy, exporting and importing the existing blog posts to the new site, and redirecting the ord URLs to the new site.
